Just one day after moving into our new construction home we noticed a bunch of small ants in our pets' food bowls and along the baseboards. Whereas another popular company struggled with providing me service as planned and scheduled, The Bug Man and Queen Bee offered next day service in a very professional manner. They do offer preventive maintenance plans but understood my priority to address the immediate priority of getting rid of an extremely large bald hornet nest and did not even bring up the fact that they offer seasonal maintenance service as well. In my opinion this approach is so intelligent - that is, do the task at hand in a thoroughly satisfying manner and the likelihood of retaining a customer for longer term preventive assistance is quite probable.
